The end of our cake class has finally arrived. Despite the lack of new techniques we learned, it was still fun to spend time with Lavonne and Julia (aka - the rowdy's in the back).
This was our last and final fondant and tiered cake. It's like a time warp to a wedding directly out of the 80's. The roses individually I have to admit turned out quite well and very pretty. However, when you put 40 roses all on 1 cake, it becomes a tad overwhelming.

It's amazing that you made that many flowers and they look so real but I would have to say that is an ugly cake...... it must have time travelled from the 80's!!!!! haha
